Founder and President, Carol Gillenwater, has more than twenty-five years experience in professional meeting planning, hospitality management, public relations, sales and marketing, human resources, destination management, and customer service. While other program managers may be assigned to a project, she is personally involved with every contract, making sure no detail is overlooked and that every program meets with success.

Many corporate meeting and event planning firms are organized for one person to sell you a contract, another to serve as your program manager, someone else to handle destination management, and billing to come from their accounting departments.
